The links to the website were not working, had to do a Google search to find the page.

Narrator went thru the practice so quickly...not sure if that was intentional bcuz positive energy moves fast. if so, it was too much to do and say that fast

Interesting Topic

I liked how it makes you aware that the chakras line up with the meridians and you can clear them! Lots of self-healing going on here.

Great Content, could be slower

This is GREAT content. Very powerful stuff. The author's recording of this could definitely be slower. I found myself needing to feel like a speed demon moving through each of the tapping Affirmations and definitely no long enough length of a pause is left for the seed mantra chanting 10 times (I actually thought he would be doing the chanting with us but he just says to do it). But all that aside, I found I would pause it after each affirmation and just continue to listen and pause to do/implement. If this works for you it won't bother you too. It's a bit annoying but I'm on a big listen vs visual kick right now and that just worked for me as a good compromise. The content is still great and it's an affordable buy with my Audible subscription.
