almost lyrical prose.

I don't read "vampire" books ... really I don't. but once I started this story I couldn't stop. the prose is beautiful. The story is exciting and sensual!

I couldn’t get enough!

Wow! I wish this was a longer series! So addicting, would love to read about Lorchan’s story, Lucy’s, Duke’s and more!!!

I crying because it is over. It was just a wonderful story. An amazing love story. Not just a love story of the main characters but a love story of the side characters too. Love in friendship. The narrators are perfect, top shelf.

Wow.. wow.. wow, this action packed, high octane, exciting and emotional second book continues the tension as the tragic and terrible events from the first book spills over with chilling suspense and I was riveted to the chapters as each one unfolded. There’s sinister bloody revenge dished out to Quincey in crossfire meant to hurt Silas which had me on the edge of my seat. There were relationship highs and devastating lows as Silas’ possessive monsterous side is stretched to breaking point. There’s soulful despair, dark torture, scary villains, sweet and tender, beautiful love, passionate and sexy times and life-changing self-sacrifice. This talented author’s skilful and creative world-building and tense storytelling delivered an epic paranormal journey. And it, and the charm and heart of the main and secondary characters, were all expertly brought to life by Tyler and Kit who did a great job bringing a cold ruthless Vampire King to life.. and making him worthy of a strong feisty Queen. His “Mon Soleil” (my sun) who boldly stood up to monsters and paid a terrible price.

Worth a credit? I’ve listen to a lot of Vampire PNR and this Duet is way way up there with the very best of them. It’s got layers, heart, warmth, chills, thrills, mystery, humor, twists and loveable main and secondary characters. So yes, each book is definitely creditworthy.
