There are a lot of good tips in this book and tons of information, helpful for improving sleep.

I have anxiety and panic attacks multiple times a day. My mind is always set to GO AND GO NOW!! For some reason my mind and body are always on high alert. With mindful slumber I was able to navigate myself to sleep in under 30 minutes rather than my usual hour or so. Im sure with practice I will get better. I recommend this book to anyone having sleep troubles.

This definitely helps on those nights when I need a little extra help falling asleep. after about 20 minutes, I'm usually out.
The narrator's voice isn't as soft as the stories I usually try, but that's not a bad thing necessarily.
