This was a nice hot little listen with two people from opposite sides of the track. 😏

This one has set the bar soooo high!

The misadventures series is a huge coming together of authors writing about all different spectator and areas of romance. The characters are all different, mostly standalones with no backstory before the current book. This one is possibly my top fave of the whole lot. Hot race car drivers, heated tension, steamy worthy scenes that will scorch your earbuds, and some serious swoon. Chelle Bliss writes some serious alpha hotness, along with some fierce leading ladies. This story doesn’t quit. Grab it up!

Cute Story

I’ve had this on my list for a while and finally decided to listen to it. This was a fast paced light and fun read. It had Chelle’s signature sexiness and a little humor mixed in but it wasn’t a favorite. I enjoyed the narration but it wasn’t great.

WOW, awesome read. I just loved Faith and Brooks story.

The story starts off kind of sad, at least in my eyes. We get to see a small glimpse of what Brooks went through as a child. We also get to see how he did not let the rough childhood destroy him. He became such a strong man. I truly think that was one thing that made him sexy.

Faith was a strong woman but I loved how even though she was raised in wealth she did not become snotty and think she was better then anyone else. I found she had a good heart and knew what hard work really was. She appeared to not want things handed to her and for that I had to respect her.

I loved how quick things got so steamy between Faith and Brooks. Brooks had so much to lose and Faith truly had nothing to lose except for seeing disappointment in her father’s eyes. If you want to know if her father excepted what was happening between Brooks and Faith well you will have to read the book.

This was truly an awesome book and so glad I got a chance to read the book.

loved it!

loved that it was a quick read and did not have unnecessary dialog. loved the southern charm and romance. did not care for the female leads irrational/bipolar personality but I suppose that's how men see most women's personalities. she came across crazy and unreasonable. other than that it was a good read.
