Do Not Listen to this advice

To start with the author never stops 'selling' the book ("you will learn how to...", "I will teach you...” etc) it goes on and on. The narrator’s monotone delivery doesn’t help the matter.

Secondly, the first half is personal finance 101 for Homer Simpson, "duh".

Finally, [and yes, the author does eventually get to a point] the advice offered is logically flawed and potentially dangerous. The book makes the naive assumptions of continued economic growth and strong personal discipline on the part of the reader. You would do better investing the money you would have spent on this book and buy lottery tickets!!
