as an older gay man that did not consider my mom's feelings, I want to seek to understand how she was feeling when I came out at an early age.

This Book Will Save Lives

Do not recommend for parents of gay children. May work for parents of trans but not sure.

Would not recommend this book

This book is written from the view point that God does not condemn homosexuality and that listening for what he tells us as individuals trumps what is said in God's word. The leading of the Holy Spirit never ever contradicts scripture. Very disappointed with the biblical content or lack thereof. I would not recommend this book.
