Have you ever felt like you've been working a job forever?

What if you really were?

Kay and Matt—disenfranchised, manic depressive pagan deity assassins, cult busters, and office drones, real "all-in-one" employees of the clandestine, Pan-Abrahamaic conglomerate known as CrossTech.

You might conjure up an exciting, high-octane fantasy over such a profession, but in reality they are not so different from you. They mostly file reports, attend seemingly pointless meetings, and have to explain every decision they dare make outside of the chain of command to an uncaring, angelic manager, and his self-important, weaselly assistant.

Trust us...you would want to kill yourself, too.

But for the first time in a very long time, a job has fallen into their laps that doesn't involve seemingly random, low-level recon assignments that go nowhere interesting. One that holds the promise of globe-trotting adventure, recklessly unrestrained use of high-caliber weaponry, and maybe even the option to finally retire if they pull this off without any hitches? Either way the chips land, it could be the adventure of a very long lifetime. One that might even momentarily excite someone as jaded as them. And so long as they save the world and file their productivity reports on time, everything should turn out just peachy.

Strap in and get ready. It's time to go to work.
