Engaging Read for Kids with Questions

This book fills a gap in the current market. There are books for kids entering traditional schools, but few--if any--for those getting ready to be taught at home. Those children want to know what their experiences will be like. In this book, they'll find a specific, straightforward story that gives them the answers they're looking for. They'll also find warm, memorable characters that will help them get excited about learning. This is a good book for parents and children to listen to and talk about together as they make plans for how education will fit into their routines. (Besides that, the narration is just plain adorable!)
