After a traumatic life event, Megan Saunders reinvented herself. She became DJ Megan Moon, radio’s overnight pop princess.
Jacob Weathers has a sordid past- and a lot of talent. After having nothing for most of his life, he became rock god Jake Storm, guitarist for the hottest new band, Serpent Storm.
They meet at the radio station when they physically run into each other. Megan is attracted to and yet annoyed by the rock star, while Jake is fascinated by the pop princess.
Due to local events in the music community, they see each other regularly. Soon, both of them start receiving mysterious notes. Megan ignores them, figuring they’re from Jake. Jake saves his as momentos from the princess.
The notes start to take a dark, creepy turn, and soon, concerning events begin to take place. They confront each other and discover they are not behind each other’s events.
The band takes Megan in for protection under their security, who is investigating. As she and Jake are forced together, emotions are high, tempers flare, but so do sparks.
