A great story beautifully narrated

I don’t typically read this genre, but this book caught my eye. I’ve listened to numerous books while I’m quilting, and I have to say this is one of my favorites. A lovely, simple story that gives you access to nature, survival, and interesting experiences and characters. One of the real standouts is the narrator. Lee Olson’s narration brings the characters to life, brightens your imagination, and enhances the story beautifully. I would recommend this book as one to add to your library.
