narration was really disappointing

this story was ok but short. could have used more guts but the worse thing was the narration. terrible male impression and not good pauses. you could never tell who was saying what sometimes. Her male impression still sounded to much like a women. her voice didn't vary much at all. I almost stopped listening it was that bad and I never stop listening to a book.

The cutest audiobook ever

I loved this so much! The story and writing is superb, the body positivity, the romance and everything about this was so cute!!!!
I want my own Jax!
I recommend this for anyone looking for a feel good happy ending about a woman with curves, and finds her happy ending with a sexy celebrity. This book is unique and I just loved it so much! ❤️

Great narrator, fun plot, sexy romance

Hope to read more by both the narrator and the author. Loved the sound of the narrators voice, she did a great job as Vivi, which was a really fun character (super sassy!) and had great chemistry with the heartthrob Jax. Will be reading more by them in the future!

Cute body-positive LA romance

This is a quick listen (especially if you do 2x speed as I do -- done in a day), with a sweet and supportive message. Gallant balances a mix of cute yet quirky, relatable yet aspirational.

The main character, who is the assistant to a famous actor, is generally self-confident (which is a great role model) but has dealt with bullying in her past and faces some judgement for her body. This book takes place in LA with Hollywood movie sets as an occasional backdrop. The overall emphasis of the story is heartwarming as it fixates on acceptance and on finding those who love you for you, be that family or a romantic partner. You can't help but root for the main couple.

The narrator is fantastic: engaging, good pacing, clearly differentiates between characters, and has a smooth voice that fits the protagonist.

A sweet HEA with a few explicit scenes, this is a light book that romance readers will find worth a listen!

Loved this story and the narration!

First of all I really enjoyed listening to this book. The narrator did an amazing job portraying the characters, and was very entertaining to listen to. She did such a great job painting a picture of the story and characters vocally. It definitely drew me in. The plot was entertaining and totally the type of book I was aiming to read. Will look for more work from both the author and narrator!!
