Compelling story

Although this is a fiction, like all great fictions, there is much truth here in recreating the world of one of the world’s greatest artists, Van Gogh’s brother, and his sister-in-law. I loved it.

Inane

Constant ridiculous waffling of characters’ respect and affection for each other. Narration of Theo doesn’t match with text in tone.
