Schneekatastrophe! Lotta ist mit ihrer Familie zu Hause eingeschneit. Leider sind auch Mamas Schulfreundin Tina und deren Tochter Nelly, die gerade zu Besuch sind, mit eingeschneit. Und Nelly ist noch nerviger als Cheyennes kleine Schwester Chanell – auch wenn das eigentlich gar nicht geht. Besonders schlimm: ihre Spieluhr, die ständig Lieder von der Kuh dudelt. Zum Glück werden Lotta und ihre beste Freundin Cheyenne bald von einer wichtigen Aufgabe abgelenkt: Das Tierheim ist ohne Strom, ihr Lieblingshund Anton in Gefahr. Lotta muss ihn unbedingt retten.
