I read on the Internet how some people are concerned that David Lindahl and his teaching might be a scam.

Well I have been investing in real estate for over 14 years now, and in my opinion this is one of the best books on the subject. It provides plenty of valuable information; it is very well written and supremely narrated. The material is engaging and entertaining.

A must read for MultiFamily Investors

Dave has the best insight for investing in apartment complexes. If you just follow his steps consistently for 2 years you will have multiple deals under your belt. Next book for me is emerging markets by him.
