An old woman gunned down in her home in Texas. A hunted man tired of running. A retiree out to right the wrongs of his past. An assassin with a kill list. An FBI agent done playing by the rules. And a young man whose simple life is about to be shattered.

With the death of his mother just days prior, James Masterson is only scratching the surface when he discovers the assailant on his back porch is his brother... a twin brother he never knew he had. Now, he must gather all of the pieces to the unraveling puzzle that is his life, discover the truth about his past, and save his brothers. All five of them.

The author has real problems writing dialogue. Using "said" at the end of so many sentences in a short space seriously detracts from the story and had to have driven the narrator crazy. Sentence after sentence after sentence ending in the same word is not good storytelling, even when you have a good story to tell.

A good storyline, but...

What made the experience of listening to Multiples of Six the most enjoyable?

well written and performed

What was one of the most memorable moments of Multiples of Six?

surprises

Did the narration match the pace of the story?

yes

Any additional comments?

It is like the book did not end..... there should have been other parts and there is no warning as to the need for a sequel, is there one? I found this very frustrating. It should be clear if this is only part of another book.

I liked the book until the end.

What? that is the end?

Would you consider the audio edition of Multiples of Six to be better than the print version?

Yes. The audio version brings life to the words.

Who was your favorite character and why?

The old salty detective.

Which character – as performed by Eddie Frierson – was your favorite?

I really liked them all. But the old investigator with the cough is a hoot.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Not really ... but great for the commute.

Any additional comments?

This narrator is top rate. The book ends abruptly, but I like these characters and am looking forward to finding out what happens in the next installment.

Now, all that is true --- but this review is playing just a bit. I was the narrator and really enjoyed bringing Andy's characters to life. I hope you will listen and enjoy this book as much as I did recording it and I hope you will search for other titles I have performed so that I can spend some more time with you!
