Great listen if you ignore the faulty premise

First, I really enjoyed listening to this book and other books in the series. I listened all day while unpacking my boxes after a move.

Second, you have to suspend your disbelief to buy into the premise to enjoy this story (and the other books in the series). Basically it seems like murders just keep happening in this small, safe(?), quaint town. The new inn manager gets highly involved in them all. She keeps doing dangerous things alone and being like “don’t be so overbearing and silly” when people try to help keep her safe, despite being threatened and having murder attempted against her multiple times.

However, I still really liked the story and characters and recommend this book for an easy and enjoyable listen.

Removed title from list

I had a little over an hour left with this book, literally listened to some this morning before work. Got out of work and it wouldn’t let me listen to it anymore. It was removed from my downloads and now I have to purchase it. Not impressed at all….

Good cozy mystery

I’ve been enjoying this series. The characters are nice and the story is good. The mysteries are fun. Look forward to the next one in the series.
