You have secrets. Everyone does, are they worth murder?

When DeeDee and her boyfriend, Jake, head to Whistler, British Columbia, to vacation, the last thing they expect is to become involved in a murder. Particularly when it’s her former neighbor and good friend’s husband.

Join, DeeDee, Jake, their husky dogs, Balto and Yukon, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, as they try to figure out who murdered Johnny and why.

This is the second book in the popular Northwest Cozy Mystery Series by a two-time USA Today best-selling author.

Better narration than first book but the audio is all messed up. Plus the female characters sound like airheads.

Murder in Whistler: A Northwest Cozy Mystery (Northwest Cozy Mystery Series Book 2), my fifteenth read/listen from author Dianne Harman and my second read in her Northwest Cozy Mystery Series. Well-written and developed, a joy to read/listen to. I received an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. Charlie Glaize's narration adds to an excellent book's enjoyment. I look forward to reading more in this series & from this author, in fact I just put Murder on Bainbridge Island: A Northwest Cozy Mystery (Northwest Cozy Mystery Series Book 1) on my TBR list. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Not engaging enough didn’t keep interested in the story. Just an ok opinion for light reading

Simple

The male narrator has a plodding delivery and over emphasized the end of every sentence. His attempt to portray a female voice made all the young women sound like 85 year old grannies in a 1940 movie. The story was ok but the narration made it almost impossible to listen . Next time I will purchase only the print version of this author.
