Didn’t like the new breathy voice of Lizzie. It’s annoying.

Love these books but Merci is becoming tedious with her running into things and not telling the Inspector. After a year, there should be some growth and her I cant help it that just how I’m wired is a cop out.
I do love the books.

Gripping

Great cozy mystery. Both the author and the narrator kept me invested from the first chapter. With a number of twists and turns and a result I didn’t see coming, I was hooked. Cannot wait to read and or listen to more from this author.

Why Change Lizzy’s Voice??

I had to check to see if there was a different performer when Lizzy sounded COMPLETELY different! It makes it seem as if it’s a different character and it becomes hard to connect with the character. Please go back to the voice of all previous books!

loved book fast pace and wholesome. Good twist and turns and suspense about their dad. character development is interesting makes me want to know more about these people.
