Along with other sources, I’ve been studying music theory for the past eight months as a beginning guitarist. The first time you listen to these books, you may not get it. But after multiple lessons and other sources, it all starts to make sense. Listen multiple times and you’ll get it. Also listen with a guitar in addition to listening to just the audio that’ll help it sink in even more.

So glad I discovered this series

I'm finally able to understand modes and how to use them. This subject seems simple enough but is not easily explained. The author provides a thorough foundation for modes as well as easy to understand audio examples which can be absorbed during my daily commute. Further, the accompanying PDF guide and backing tracks are there to commit everything to practice. I'll be back to purchase more books from this author for sure.

He was very thorough and made it easy to follow the music theory through explanation in an understandable way. Im waiting for volume 3 to come out.
