Music Won’t Pay the Bills is the autobiographical journey of Danny Goldstein aka Goldy Jr. Goldy takes us through his entire mental thought process as an aspiring musician. From the day he fell in love with music, learning how to play guitar, feeling the rush of writing original songs, the excitement of playing his first live show, to forming bands and trying to keep them together and all of the trials and tribulations that happen when you try to make a childhood dream a reality.

This is a cool and familiar story about one man’s musical journey, starting from a young boy and spanning decades.
It’s interesting that music is the constant that never changes, but as the boy grows from child, to teen, and into adulthood, it is HIM that changes, and this his perception of the music business and his involvement in it.
It’s a poignant and relatable read, sometimes touching, sometimes comical, and I would recommend it to anyone with or without music in their blood.

How entirely fitting, scary and relatable is this story to myself! It is not easy living a dream, working on a dream and counting on the dream! Goldy JR, took me down a memory lane of not only his own ware stories but had me drowning in misery from my own past. It's hard when you realize it's not going to work! 42 years later, here I am still hoping for some spark of light.

I was entertained by the book and found the magic of laughs and tears. I was excited to learn the path of his life in a way that sometimes is not easy to tell. The book is fun and worth every sentence. . If you are a rock and roller and understood the power of the possibilities, then you will enjoy this book!

All great stories have a tails side of the coin. His life shows us all to be strong, happy and content.

Thank you for an entertaining book!
