Nightclub dancer Chloe Lamoureaux just met the man of her dreams: Aidan Raines is charming, considerate, rich, and hot. Of course, he's a little mysterious about his age. And his favorite drink. And he's not much for sunlight. But he's asked her to marry him, and she's ready to do it. Her identical twin sister, Chuck, isn't so sure. Maybe being a tabloid reporter has skewed her judgment, but to Chuck, Aidan and his brother Sebastian look like honest-to-Dracula vampires. Especially Sebastian: beguiling, seductive, and just a hint of dangerous. Maybe she wouldn't mind him taking a little taste. But with Chloe's life in the balance, she has to know - do they want hot love or hot blood? Or maybe...a little of both?

If it wasn't for the sex then this could have been a YA listen at best (sorry YA's). Two books in one but both have totally ridiculous plots filled with corny dialogue. To cut two painful short stories even shorter for you.....

Chuck (beautiful suspicious Reporter), switches places with her identical twin as a dancer at Sebastian's (handsome, rich, hot vampire) Vegas Casino/Dance Club. He sees her and seizes her thinking she's the gold digger after his Brother (so far so good right?) Then it goes downhill to the realms of eye-rolling stupidity and an unbelievable plot of him confirming he's a vampire and she's all excited bouncing on the bed. Sex and love develops within hours.

Chloe (the hot dancer sister) is a gold-digger and rushes off that night to capture and marry Aidan (Sebastian's rich brother) not knowing he's a vampire and not telling him she's a Mother. Again, this plot then goes from bad to worse i.e. wedding night he bites her and he has red glowing eyes - you bit me, you bit me and then falls asleep (daa!!). He wants to be a Dad so when she tells him about her 4 year old he's over the moon then suddenly they think they may love each other after all. Aidan, a powerful vampire and successful entrepreneur could have enthralled her to find out her intentions but naaah that would have been far too easy.

It does have the occasional funny bits and some sexy times too but neither the characters nor the forced romances are likeable or believable.

Worth a credit? Errr I can safely say NO WAY don't waste your credit - it wasn't my thing as it's just a parody on the good vampire romances that I love so much.

I usually do love Vampires.... but sorry not this
