The virtual voice pronounced the FMC's name "B-I-A" throughout the entire book. Her name is Bea. It's not odd. This was very distracting.

The story itself was pretty good. Definitely a fast-burn. Decent fun scenes. Believable dark moment and resolution.

While spicy, the story has several times when it just isn't believable at all. The worst part is the virtual voice. The FMC is named Beatrix and called Bea, but the voice pronounced it B I A, literally the three letters.
