Swept away

Once again, Leonie Mack has introduced me to a new culture with vivid descriptions and enjoyable characters. I loved being experiencing Javi’s Colombian holiday traditions and watching these two characters come to life.

I have enjoyed Leonie Mack’s other books, but honestly didn’t think I’d love this one when I read the overview. I thought it would be too cliche. Maybe it’s because I’m married to a Latino, and now live in Mexico, but I ended up loving it. I should have realized Leonie would be able to take what could have been cliche & weave a more complex & beautiful love story instead.

A Christmas Romance novel with real depth

Wow! This one packs a real emotional punch. With a disabled heroine with anxiety and the male lead with his own issues, along with a tale that celebrates traditions and music, this one is a real winner. Get this one in your ear this holiday season.

Couldn't get through this one

I couldn't finish this, I skipped to the end. The story and narration were awful.
