A bit of an unexpected surprise

I’ll be the first to admit I’ve kind of slept somewhat on this series. Don’t get me wrong, I love all the things Maggie Cole produces, but I typically devour her material. While I have read some of the books in this series, I’m going through it at a much more leisurely pace. Chase and Vivian’s story was quite a surprise! I love the cat and mouse friendship…. The way Vivian vowed to not just be “another flavor of the week”. There are unexpected twists in this story as well. Highly recommend this story/series.

Wen and Kai, as always put on a stellar performance and brought these characters to life.

Ch-ch-ch-changes

Oh, this book. It really hit some emotional buttons. 💙😢 🤗❤️ I expected Chase to have some soft spots, especially when it came to Vivian, but he really steps up.

I love when Chase takes a moment to really evaluate how he's leading his personal life and the potential impact it's having on those around him. Oh, the responses he gets from some of his texts and calls are hilarious! I also love the man-to-man talks he has with Vivian's dad and how he doesn't back down from those hard conversations.

Things get crazy, friends make their opinions known, there's drama in the wings, and someone truly loses their marbles. There's plenty to love and it kept me hooked!

I received an author's copy of the audio book. The narrators are favorites of mine, Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross. They were really good choices for these characters.

Sweet Romance!

This is the third book in the It's Complicated Series, a Contemporary Romance. This is an interconnected series of standalone romances. Chase and Vivian's story is sweet, sexy, and heartwarming. Chase is a sexy playboy billionaire. Vivian is beautiful, sweet, and caring. They are perfect together. This is a great addition to the series. Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott did a great job with the narration. This is a great friends-to-lovers romance. I enjoyed it. Looking forward for more in the series.

Beautifully spoken!!

Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross could read a cereal box and I would be right there waiting to hear it. Hearing them bring Chase and Vivian to life was life altering. Their voices coat you like a warm blanket on a cold night. Chase is a playboy, but he has met his match with Vivian. Vivian is not into playing games. She wants the romance and long term commitment. The only question is can Chase give that to her.

Absolutely Perfect!

I always loved Chase and Vivian's story but finally getting to hear it on audio has only made me fall in love more! The narrators did such an amazing job of portraying them and bringing this story to life! I am absolutely loving this series all over again!
