wow, tons of ideas. I probably need to listen to it again to do it proper Justice. Also, different ideas are pertinent at different times in your real estate business. probably make sense to pick it up again in a couple years also

mitch really knows his stuff and had made me think. His voice reader sounds like a robot but the content is worth pushing through it.

The author did a great job outlining many different strategies and techniques. The only thing I’d recommend is have the author read the audio book vs. a bot

I have read and listen to over a thousand books. The information in this book will teach you how to brand and operate your real estate business on steroids. There are a lot of lessons that Mitch paid to learn that he is teaching for very inexpensive price. If you take the lessons in this book and apply them your success rate is going to increase drastically. the ideas in this book and house be used for people not in real estate. I have personally bought over 500 houses. before reading this book and I train real estates a lot. the tips in this book are priceless and have years of experience behind them. It's a must-read
