In 3 days, Alaska succumbed to a plague that decimated the living. In the place of the dead rose a new species; a community of mildly subdued zombies with hunger for the living. Meet Julia, the only one who lived through the plague with the help of the government provided-miracle vaccine which unfortunately left her with a fate worse than the dead. Half living-half dead. The rest of the community lived in their subdued state until the arrival of the living upset the peace they had gotten used to in five years.
