A most excellent Story.

The minute I started to listen to this Book I could not stop listening. It is a great story, with handsome sexy Highlander's, a brave young Girl/ Woman Heroin, enduring a hard life from an abusing horrid arranged marriage to when.after 2 years her abusive husband threatens her with death if she did not produce a child soon, her maid tells her she believes he cant father a child and the maid advises her to find a man who could father a child for her. Out of desperation she searches to find some one to get her pregnant..I dont want to give away the whole story. I only can say I completely enjoyed listening to this story. From hardship, abuse to intrigue,manipulations castles noble man and wicked men and more and in the end coming through it all she find's a most passionate love.A book worth reading, especially with a Narrator who reads to you with the most delicious brogue. :)

Love This Story

Love the story, the whole series so far, and of course the wonderfully seductive voice of Dave Gillies brings everything to life. Mmmmm. Makes my skin tingle.

I have listened to this book 3 times!

I have listened to so many highlander books. This one stands out as the perfect unique story. Steamy, sexy... lots of twists and turns. I loved listening to it over and over again. Highly recommended. Great performance! Don't miss out. Definitely a keeper!

Very good book

I completely enjoyed this book. The narration of it is truly great. I so enjoy Dave Gillies voices. Thank you. Hope that Dave does the narration on the others.

Another Vonda Sinclair Masterpiece

Could not get enough of this one! Romance, mystery, intrigue all swirl together to make this incredibly heart warming and entertaining masterpiece! I have listened to the entire series now. Somehow missed this one and when I heard in the book 9 something about Rebby married and in love with his wife and her son I realized I missed this one. So glad I went back to those one and now the set is complete. Thank you Vonda! Going to look up more of your books now!
