negative:
In the start of the book he kept talking about hypnosis techniques. Not what I was looking for when I got this book. Yet as I continued to listened i realized that what he was claiming as hypnotic techniques were NOT that. For example he claimed that making a customer say yes and continue to say yes before a sale is hypnotic. All sales people would not call that hypnotic. So became annoying hearing known sales tricks called hypnotic when not. That is what I call a poor sales tactic.

positive:
After the second chapter I noticed he doesn't mention hypnotics methods anymore And I'm glad to say that he gives a lot of good points for sales. Personally I would use many of these techniques myself being a salesperson for 11 years. I knowing nothing about NLP techniques. The reason I'm reading this book is because like music you may know all the keys but if you don't know how to use them correctly it's not a performance that gets clients sold. I appreciate he mentions what not to do or where there are limits to the techniques

conclusion:
Excellent teaching. short and straight to the point. I've listen to many other sales books that take hours to say what could of been said in 15 minutes. So this book focused on techniques and yes should all be considered in door to door sales.
