One of the most helpful audiobook

If you are dealing with a very rude narcissist I'd advise that you not only AUDIBLE but also get expert help. I have decided that I'm enclosed by narcissists so it is in my best interest to somehow know them and regain some sense of control over how much I allow them to affect my moods. I've decided some of the advice in this audiobook and they seem healthy.

This Audiobook is incredible. So important. It provided me new and more precise knowledge of myself and the narcissists in my life. There are then step by step guidance on how to talk with the narcissist. Very helpful.

An Excellent But Challenging Work

The audiobook is well written with excellent sources. The thoughts are a bit tough to follow finding ways to apply the principles in real-life circumstances will be challenging.
