Guidance for empaths

I really appreciated this audiobook. It gave me a better understanding of narcissistic behavior and helped me recognize patterns that had been affecting me. The advice felt supportive without being overwhelming, and it reminded me that it’s okay to put my needs first.

Finally feeling seen

As someone who’s always been told I’m too sensitive, I did not realize how deeply I was being impacted by narcissistic behavior until now. I’m just beginning to work on boundaries and rebuilding my confidence, and this book has been a huge support already. I especially appreciated the introduction—it includes insights and recommendations from therapists and doctors, which made me feel even more confident about what I was reading.

Great lessons throughout!

This audiobook has a lot of great lessons throughout the book on how to deal with others' narcissistic behavior. I liked the focus on how it was written particularly when you are an empath dealing with behavior. There are a lot of great tips and strategies covered throughout that I can incorporate into my daily life. I appreciate the focus on identifying the red flags first, along with the relatable real world cases included. Great listen!

Excellent skill sets are taught in this book

I would like to see this book in the waiting rooms of doctors and psychologist… It is not helpful!
