Everyone needs to read this book!

It is rare that a book resonates so readily, Jenifer's account of her story, the work and the healing she has created for herself speaks to all of us. She makes the theory accessible to our everyday lives, shows how she has implemented it and the growth this resulted in. I am a better person for having read this and I must thank Jenifer for such a heartfelt honest account of her struggles. I truly hope there is a follow up book to this, I am invested in her journey and by reflection, my own.
