The fact that you can always change the way you treat people and its never ok to be a bully

I really enjoyed Andy's story, especially when as a youth he thought it was ok to bully Ivy, but because he was agree that his own mother left when he was just 7 years old, caused alot of anger and resentment towards woman and how he over came it and that even Iby not only forgave him but emphasized with him.
