Finding love

I really enjoyed this book. It kept me in suspense & constantly trying to figure out “who done it” while wanting Makenna & Bubba to admit their feelings. The two main characters struggled with their feelings but kept their relationship professional until the end. Looking forward to the next book in the Fire Beach series.

She felt she was an angel cleaning the debri, using a little gasoline and a match. Nobody could escape, and the only thing she left was a match tucked in dirt, away from the fire. Watching was a thrill, the screams, the coroner coming was the highlight.
The Captain Makenna has an arsonist on her hands. and wants Matt’s help. Billy has for five years worked in Fire Beach. To save his family he let’s them think he was dead. The arsonist wanted him dead. He changed his name and moved. Then Makenna comes, could he come back from the dead, to help catch the arsonist.Good intriguing story. Excellent suspense and “who done it?”

Another great story by Lorana Hoopes! She’s a great author and narrator. The beginning of the book was well written and pulled me in. You thing you know early on who did it but things aren’t as they seem. Religious aspects and prayer are definitely present but the rest of the storyline keeps me wanting to read on. Can’t wait to read the next book!

amazing romantic suspense

An amazing well written romantic suspense. This clean engaging storyline had me addicted page after page with intrigue, romance, family drama, plenty of suspects, and lots of twists and turns. The characters are realistic, interesting, and well developed with loads of chemistry as they try to track down the arsonists suspect after suspect. I voluntarily read and reviewed this incredible ARC.

Another good addition to the series

This story in the series is my favorite one up to now.
Five years ago, Bubba/Max had been a suspect in the fires that killed three women, until he was the victim. His family and friends were made to believe he had perished in the fire, hoping the killings would stop. But when they start after the 5 year hiatus, the woman that encouraged him to leave, Captain Makenna , reaches out to him and once again, Bubba is back home. Sadly, the fires and deaths continue.
As the danger heightens, so do the feelings between Bubba and Makenna. Will they be able to solve the murders and find love, or will the danger come between them?
Another well narrated story by the author and one worth your time.
