the pace was a little slow for me

I enjoy all of Lisa Wingate books, but this one just did not live up to the others. there were times when I got bored, yet not bored enough to put it down because I knew I wouldn't be totally disappointed and I wasn't

Clean and Wholesome

Love to be able and read or listen to clean, solid writing. Great story line to complete this series.

Very entertaining

I laughed so hard at the 3 older women, how well they knew each other, the comments that came out of their mouths. The story was good up to the fairytale ending but overall I enjoyed the book very much. Haven’t laughed that much in a book for a long time

Loved it!

Didn't think I was such a sap for romance, but this one was told with enough Texas drawl to make me feel a bit homesick for the south. Throw in a hurricane, tornado, and the caring of neighbors taking care of neighbors and that is the south I remember. (The storm part though could do without! LOL)

Wonderful book

I so enjoy Lisa’s books and this was one was wonderful! I fell in love with the characters, the story line had twists and turns ! Loved it , in fact when it ended , I was sad ❤️
