Neverending Mercy

This book was recommended in a book group I am in, so I expected to love it. The story could have been really good but the writing was more of a juvenile style. Phrases such as "puppy-dog eyes" or "kissing emojo" really were not helpful. The descriptions of clothing choices were more detailed than emotions or deeper thoughts characters should have experienced.
