Having read all the books in this series, it was really great to hear it.
Dace is an unlikely heroine. She just wants to own and fly her own ship. And, after achieving her dream, she only gets to live it for a week. On her maiden flight, her first delivery contact, her crew betrays her, destroying the ship, leaving them all stranded on a primitive world.
