The Headless Horseman. Everyone knows the legend. That’s all it is, right?

When a third headless victim is found on Boston’s streets, Chloe Mayfield is tasked with finding the person behind the crime spree – no one else wants a case this weird. It would be easy to dismiss the murders as nothing more than the random acts of a madman with a cosplay fetish, but when her investigations lead her to the morgue, she comes face to face with an apparition she cannot explain.

Throw in the stalker-like attentions of a deranged clown, dangerous interactions with the Salem witches, and an enemy within her own police department who intends to see her fail, and Chloe is in for an uphill battle. Not only to solve the case but to get through it alive.

Mess this up and she’s either out of a job, dead, or both.

Love the story! The AI narration does a disservice to the subtle humor and misses things like the military time entirely, if you can get beyond that, the story is FUN.

FUN Story

This was one of the better stories so far and that’s saying something. Very creative and not focused on a single theme. Great characters including some from other series in the Blue Moon universe. As usual though, virtual voice is terrible.

Great story, terrible performance

I listened to the entire book and it was alright, but didn't really draw a person it. It was easy to stop story and not go back to it until much later. Narration was good

Alright Story
