In 125 years, the Harvard Lampoon has produced talk show hosts, movie stars, and writers for many smash hit TV series. Its members have gone on to create such comedy staples as News Radio and Futurama. Now, the world's oldest humor magazine presents a comedy act that has already begun to get national attention after starting as an underground hit.

It's filled with side-splitting skits that keep you laughing every second of the way. Whether spoofing radio call-in shows ("Doctor Sensitive"), TV courtroom dramas ("Madison"), or the hilarious Battle of Normandy ("Girls Gone Wild, 1945"), the Lampoon keeps the jokes coming and fills each track with punch lines you can't help but repeat to your friends.

Editorial reviews

The revered Harvard Lampoon is a comic publication from Harvard University that counts among its alumni Conan O'Brien, BJ Novak, and writers of some of the great modern television comedies like The Simpsons, 30 Rock and Parks and Recreation. Chances are that at least one of the comedians in No Escape From Danger will graduate to a similar level, as it features 26 amusing skits, ranging from an increasingly creepy game of "Never Have I Ever" and one that manages to satirize both baseball announcers and religious zealots in less than two minutes.

The jokes are both funny and unfunny. Somewhat dated. Some jokes are there as a sorta shock factor. Its not inherently bad. Voices are kinda fun. Recording sounds a bit budget tho. That's probably the point. Try the sample and check it out only if you think you wont be upset by really odd jokes.

Lots of "shock factor" type jokes.
