Great family story

Loved the setting and the characters! Great story line💗
Would recommend for a light summer read.

Too short. Ended too soon. Needed better ending. Good story line but lots of endings left hanging.

I do like this author overall.
I have enjoyed the series except for one, I think it was the third?
The narrator is excellent.
I would have given all five stars except I do not like The way the author has something important happen, but does not finish it in that chapter, and then goes on to other things, other things important that happened and doesn’t finish that chapter! You have to keep waiting, I don’t like that. Why not just keep going with the story?
I read the comments on the next book in the series, it sounds like a very depressing book, so I will skip on that.

Discrepancy between book number three and book number five.

Chapter 29 of book #3, No Wedding Like Nantucket has Brent and Rose getting married. But then in book #5, No Secret Like Nantucket, has Brent and Rose simply being boyfriend and girlfriend. That’s a pretty glaring discrepancy.
