Sweet and heartmelting

I am usually not a grumpy/sunshine trope lover but this one really did it for me. Rose is sweet with a bite and Damien is a tough guy with a heart of gold. Both of them together.... just chef's kiss. Perfection in my opinion. I do think I preferred Rose and Damien to Linc and Vi but they were both great books.
This was so far my favorite book in this series. I can't wait for number 3 to come.

Wonderful story

Love the paranormal twist on the trope of guys who refuses to fall in love. Also love that the drama was not too much but just enough

A good storyline, rom com vibe

This is the second in the series and it did well. A witch falls in love with a half demon and vice versa, close proximity trope! A good story, great spice, rom com vibe.

Great Second Book

I am always nervous that the second book won't live up to the first book, but this one did a nice job. Its a sweet love story with great main characters and side characters. Rose and Damien are really great and I was routing for them from the start.

I cannot wait for book 3.

Not Your Ex’s Hexes

A witch trying to find herself. A half demon trying to keep his demon side contained. These books are probably my favorite witchy books. Rose is trying to figure out what she wants now that Violet has stepped into the role that Rose had trained for her whole life. Damian is a vet that is back in town and even though he wants to keep to himself for the most part he is Linc’s best friend so has that connection to the Maxwells. I adore these books and they are such quick reads. I think they are prefect for the spooky season.
