Great if it's your first self improvement book

Would you recommend Now or Never to your friends? Why or why not?

If it's your first book of this kind, it's great. Otherwise, it's a bit superficial compared with books like 7 habits for highly effective people or any book from the Stoïc philosophers (Marc Aurele, Epictetus) or a tremendous book like Hawkins' "Letting go: the pathway of surrender"
