October 31st, every year, all the dead come out of their graves and celebrate. Numb Skull gets so excited because it's the only time his parents come out and have fun. He began jumping around and singing when he tripped over a tomb stone, banging his head really hard and cracking his skull. Now he doesn't remember ANYTHING, and he's scared of EVERYTHING.
He wants to go home, but there's something he doesn't realize, HE IS HOME!
Now, instead of preparing for the party, he's trying to find his way out of the "boneyard" (as he calls it), where he's been for a very long time. His friends don't know how to convince Numb Skull that he's home, because he doesn't remember them or his favorite cat Onyx.
They're afraid If he doesn't remember in time for the dance, sadly, there won't be a dance, it'll just be a bunch of dead people hanging around with no snacks or music!
