I loved, loved, loved this audiobook. She speaks so clearly and in a lay persons language. Very easy to understand and I love that she includes common confusion and helps to explain why they are so.

Learned a lot from this course and found it helpful. I would recommend it if you're interested in the science surrounding nutrition.

I’ve always had difficulty trying to navigate what is good and what is bad for me in terms of nutrition. This book has cleared it all. And in summary it’s the balance between eating the right Whole Foods and exercise. So far this has made the most sense to me. Roberta’s reading is engaging and the pace is just right for digesting the information she has presented. I highly recommend this.

Sensible explanations that are easy to understand. Professor Anding has a very good narrating voice, is easy to understand and listen too. I learned something new at each lecture.

Anyone wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle must review.

There is a lot of fantastic information. Be prepared to take notes regularly. I love the idea that it is written by a registered dietitian. This is a book you’ll want to listen to more than once until you’ve mastered. The only annoying thing is the constant useable of, “keep in mind”. Some days just drove me nuts.

Definitely recommend.
