Kendra is single, lives alone, and is starved for intimacy. She just isn't into the guys who pursue her, and wants someone more dominant.

Jack owns the house next door, and shows up to do an inspection after his son moves out. He's preparing to put it back on the rental market.

She peeks out the window, and her jaw drops at the sight of the tall, muscular older man going in and out of the house. Her heart is racing, and she's sick and tired of missing out on opportunities because she's too shy. Kendra decides to go and introduce herself.
