Very informative!

I really liked this audiobook because it made the idea of living off the grid feel way less overwhelming than I expected. A lot of times when you think about being independent, it sounds like you need to completely change your whole life and move to a farm somewhere. But this book breaks it down into small steps that anyone can actually start doing right now.
What I appreciated most was how it covers so many different areas like how to collect and purify your own water, how to grow and preserve your own food

I am so new to outside DIY stuff, but this audiobook has taken this newbie to semi-experienced in a short amount of time. The reason? Easy-to-follow direct guidance that is truly repeatable. Each chapter builds on the last, and even though we have just begun, our plans for growth make logistical sense. The book is well written, and the narration is easy to understand. Great book.
