The narration was excellent and kept my attention throughout. I’ve been involved in a few company sales and wanted to deepen my high level understanding, and this book really helped. While there are still advanced terms I plan to look into, I appreciated that each one was clearly explained. My biggest takeaway was the Flash Report, something I think could benefit any level of the business. I’d be interested in a one pager type report from other departments to always be in the know.

I have seen ego arguments and times when people need breaks because things get heated. There is a point where emotions rise too high and logic gets lost, and those breaks help people reset their minds or viewpoints. Though breaks are not always available. The authors mentioned that time with high level leaders is limited, so direct points can feel like one hit after another even when they are meant to be clear and simple. I am looking forward to hearing more from these authors.
