©2024 Ed Barton, Rory Liebhart, Emily Sander (P)2024 Emily SanderI have seen ego arguments and times when people need breaks because things get heated. There is a point where emotions rise too high and logic gets lost, and those breaks help people reset their minds or viewpoints. Though breaks are not always available. The authors mentioned that time with high level leaders is limited, so direct points can feel like one hit after another even when they are meant to be clear and simple. I am looking forward to hearing more from these authors.
