Montana “Monty” Hardy was raised to do the right thing and was kept out of the shadows of his imprisoned father half of his life, but after his mother’s unexpected death, Monty has nowhere else to turn to but the streets.

Knowing nothing about the block, he meets Chance, who teaches him everything he needs to know. Will Monty abide by all he’s been taught or will he end up doing things his own way? Only after Chance passes Monty more than just his knowledge, he realizes that not everyone is fit to be a boss.
When Monty meets Cara, he is completely smitten because he thinks she could one day be wifey. However, warning signs come from everywhere and tells him differently. Will Monty listen to his heart or to his people? Because only one of them can be right. And in love, just like in war, ONCE YOU GO GANGSTA there’s no turning back.

Sad an incomplete

The story started off decent good storyline, but then everything went downhill. The main character started losing people around him, losing money, product, etc. and he never figured it out and the story ends and you don’t know when he figures it out. The story was just sad when he lost his brother; and then incomplete cause we don’t find out when he figures it out.
