Sweet enjoyable story

I very much enjoyed this book. It was a story about a teenager, Friederich, and his struggles and adventures with friends and school. He lived with his grandparents one summer and learned many lessons of life.

liked the characters and story line up until the end

The end...well there was no end! SOOO disappointing. All the details and building of relationships to leave everything just hanging.
