The parts that had my mouth opened!

Like all of the books by this Author. Will look for more books that will come in the future.

I enjoyed her referencing some familiar characters from previous books.

Like all the other kimberla Lawson Roby novels, it won't disappoint! The story is very unpredictable.

Couldn’t put down

I love all her books, this was no different. A solid read with relatable characters.

Good Read / Not Good Narration

The story itself was good, I think it could have been longer if more detail was included. However, I wasn't impressed with the narration. It was very monotone, where there was feeling and emotion to feel there wasn't any. It was disappointing because there were emotions all over this book, sadness, anger/rage, happiness and I didn't feel any of it from the narrator.
