Consistency is key!

So far, the experience with Sadie Price is like no other. The storyline and how it is evolving is absolutely wonderful. I love the characters and am curious to try the next book!

can't help but like Sadie

I've been to Alaska a couple times and read books set in Alaska and have come to respect the state. One of the things I've learned is that the weather dictates most things there. The winters are harsh, sometimes you get snowed in for days on end and still life goes on and those that live in Alaska deal with it as best they can. This backdrop makes the Sadie books just a bit more interesting.

In this book, Griz, Grizzly bears are front and center in the story. The bad guy in this book uses bears as a way of making a statement. A bad statement but that's the story.

Somehow these books don't seem quite true FBI like, Sadie is enough of a maverick she goes off on her own to get things done. Still, it's that part of her that draws you to the series.

I enjoyed the listen, and the ending laid the groundwork for what I assume is the next book. I'm already looking forward to it!
